We are not the publisher or speaker of any User Content posted by third parties in the Community and are not liable for any such content. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, remove, or restrict any User Content at our sole discretion.

B. User Content Responsibility:

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you post, share, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available in the Community ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

• Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party

• Is not defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene

• Does not contain false or misleading information presented as fact

• Does not include spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material

• Does not contain malware, viruses, or any harmful or disruptive code

• Does not facilitate or encourage illegal activity of any kind

C. Prohibited Community Conduct:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in the Community and may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent ban without notice or refund:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any member, instructor, or staff

• Posting personal information of others without their explicit consent (doxxing)

• Soliciting other members for commercial purposes, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing

• Impersonating any person, organization, or brand

• Posting sexually explicit, graphic, or violent content

• Sharing copyrighted materials without authorization

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

• Coordinated inauthentic behavior, brigading, or manipulation of platform features

D. Indemnification for Community Content:

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhiplashUniversity.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (i) any User Content you post in the Community; (ii) your conduct in the Community; (iii) any claim by a third party that your User Content violated their rights; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of the Community. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.

E. Content Moderation and Removal:

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, refuse, or remove any User Content from the Community at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. The fact that we choose to moderate or remove content in certain instances does not create any obligation to do so in other instances. Failure to moderate does not create liability for us.

F. No Endorsement:

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content posted in the Community. Opinions expressed by Community members are their own and do not reflect the views or positions of WhiplashUniversity.com. You rely on User Content at your own risk.

G. Reporting Violations:

If you believe any Community content violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or is otherwise harmful, please report it to us at [email protected]. We will review reports and take action as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to take any specific action in response to a report.

H. Dispute Between Users:

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content posted in the Community. Opinions expressed by Community members are their own and do not reflect the views or positions of WhiplashUniversity.com. You rely on User Content at your own risk.

I. Community Access Termination:

We may suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Community at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Removal from the Community does not entitle you to any refund. All sales remain final regardless of Community access status
